Arrival in Buenos Aires and Check-in
Arrival in Buenos Aires. Transfer In from Aeroparque or Port to EFE & Cowork hotel (or similar). Check-in, complimentary bottle of wine in your room, and rest of the day at leisure to explore the city.
República Folklore Festival - Day 1
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure. In the afternoon, transfer from the hotel to Parque de la Ciudad to experience Day 1 of the República Folklore Festival with your General Pass. Return transfer to the hotel after the shows.
República Folklore Festival - Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time for optional activities (Hop-On Hop-Off Bus, tours). Later, transfer to Parque de la Ciudad to enjoy the grand finale of the República Folklore Festival. Return transfer to the hotel.
Check-out and Departure Transfer
Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out at designated time. At the scheduled hour, transfer Out to Aeroparque or Port for your journey home. End of services.
Terms & Operating Regulations:
- Rates in US dollars (USD), strictly non-refundable with 100% penalty.
- Double base rates apply only to 2 passengers traveling together.
- Event dates are subject to change (one day before, one day after, or postponement). The agency is not responsible for changes made by event organizers; event rescheduling due to force majeure does not warrant a package refund.
- NOW TOTAL 100 travel assistance: valid for travelers up to 75 years old inclusive (ages 76–84 pay a supplement; persons over 85 cannot be covered). For Argentine residents traveling within Argentina, the policy exclusively covers the event cancellation or rescheduling item.
- IN-OUT transfers allow 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. Excess luggage must be notified in advance.
- For event transfers, passengers may need to walk long distances or climb stairs from vehicle drop-off points to access the venue. Passengers with reduced mobility must notify in advance.
- Tickets are guaranteed in pairs (together on the same row, or directly one in front of the other). The face value on the ticket is non-binding regarding the package price, as management fees, delivery, and taxes are included.
